Training methods

Lectures: Each module begins with a lecture to provide theoretical insights into the topic. The lectures are designed to be interactive, encouraging participant engagement through questions and discussions.

Workshops and practical exercises: Lectures are followed by practical exercises that simulate real-world scenarios. These workshops use case studies relevant to Moldova’s context to enhance practical understanding

Group discussions and peer learning: Throughout the training, participants are encouraged to engage in group discussions and peer learning activities. This fosters a collaborative learning environment and allows participants to share their experiences and insights.

E-Learning platform: To supplement in-person training, an e-learning platform was developed. This platform allows participants to review course materials, complete assignments, and engage in discussions at their own pace. The e-learning content mirrors the in-person sessions and includes additional resources for further learning. All participants are provided with methodological and substantive support before and after trainings. Before trainings – with introductory materials on e-learning platform. After trainings – within 30 days post-training, responding within 3 working days.
